Eight (8) 30-minute workouts per month — twice a week
Live on video call with your personal fitness coach
Perfect if you prefer not to work out in public
Ideal for beginners and those returning from injuries

Equipment needed: 3 lb, 5 lb & 10 lb dumbbells, workout mat, resistance bands with handles (subject to change).

Online Nutritional Coaching

$500 / month

Consult with Shape Health & Fitness staff via webcam about your goals, meal plan, and supplement regimen.

Four (4) check-ins per month via video or messenger
Choice of meal plan: Healthy Eating, Shred Down, Bulking, or Intermittent Fasting
The Fat-Loss Supplement Regimen included
Built for type-2 diabetes & blood-pressure management, weight loss, experienced athletes, and competitors

+ $225 one-time for Meal Plan, Supplement Regimen & Nutritional Analysis.
