Shape Health & Fitness staff will consult with you via webcam about your goals, meal plan & supplement regimen, advising you about your physical activity & workouts, that you do independently.

- People who suffer from type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.
- People who are obese or morbidly obese.
- Experienced athletes who need a second eye or professional opinion
- Competitors/People who compete in body building and physique shows
Online Nutrional Coaching Includes:
- FOUR (4) CHECK-IN’S PER MONTH via Facebook Messenger or Skype with a Shape Health & Fitness Coach.
- A choice of either the healthy meal plan, shred down meal plan, bulking meal plan or intermittent fasting meal plan.
- The Fat Loss Supplement Regimen.
